Health Concern with High temperature and headache

Question

Hello,

My question is I didn’t take any pills for 4 years and I have temperature and I feel cold sometimes I have headaches what do you think can I take any pills or it’s something here in Kosova called Oki  I’m scared to take something because I didn’t take something or went to the doctor for 4 years please let me know

    Hello,

    If you have high temperature with headache those are signs of acute viral infection possibly flu. You should:

    • rest more
    • take plenty of fluids especially tea
    • can take OKI for headache and high temperature. However, should alternate with paracetamol, because OKI should not take more than 1 every 12 hours.
    • take vitamin C supplement to get well faster

    If the fever with persist, and if your condition will get worse, should pay a visit to your caring doctor to rule out possible complications from flu.
