Nose-bleeding

Hope you are well!
Bleeding from the nose, especially during the spring season, happens to me 2/3 times a day, advice from you how can I prevent it or what can be caused by it?

Hope this our answer is finding you and your family well.
Seasonal nose-bleeding (epistaxis) in your case seems to be related to allergy. Nose inflammation (irritation) finds it easier to bleed one in a while due to hyperaemia.
I recommend to keep a good local hygiene of your nostrils. And of course you need a further consultation with ENT specialist to check the blood vessels inside them.
On the other hand, as we do not know your age, keep monitoring your blood pressure, and record the results for reference.
